Wow, the wedding season has us completely head over heals in love with the job we have! This wedding was no exception. From the moment we met these two, it was so clear that they were in love. On their wedding day we got to see that love solidified and told to us by family and friends! It was a perfect June day, sun was shining, barely any rain had fell (yet!) and we were on our way out to Camp VanEs to watch these two be wed.
The church was full of DIY projects that were so meticulously carried out by the bride and the ambiance of the ceremony, led by Miriam’s brother was absolutely beautiful! It was a relaxing and enjoyable day for all it seemed, even a little Ultimate frisbee was thrown in later (which the bride did not object to playing, it was fantastic!)
We had an incredibly exciting opportunity to whisk these two and their close family away to the Edmonton streetcar for some photos, which was a ton of fun and really tied their whole day together! Miriam and Johann we wish you all the best, here are some photos from their big day!

we certainly are lucky to have warm days and cute couples in Edmonton. These two absolutely love their yearly visit to Fort Edmonton Park, so this year they decided to take us along too! A quiet, 25 degree morning was more then we could ask for, add in Melanie + Memphis and it made for a perfect morning. There was a little line upon arriving to the park, but it seemed like we had every spot we wanted to ourselves! Including right up by the Fort! (A fave of mine!)
these two have been away from their humble home of Edmonton and area for about a year, we were quite excited to meet up with them again.
they are getting married this saturday! And we couldn’t help but post a little bit from their engagement session before then.

we promised these two perfect weather and a very fun engagement session, after three cancellations because of storms and downpours we finally ended up with both (at least we think so anyway!) it rained all day long and we all I’m sure were sitting at the window wondering “weather” or not (ha!) we should cancel again, but we decided to run with the cozy, rainy coffee shop vibe instead. Lucky us, after probably 24 hours of straight rain *cue sounds of amazement* the clouds parted and a beautiful sunset was in store for that evening.
we still ended up at their favorite coffee shop, Wild Earth Bakery + Cafe (one of our favorites too) but we were able to roam the mill creek area as well, it was fantastic.
what more can you ask for besides a gorgeous couple, in the river valley, drinking coffee’s, and staring into each others eyes while making incredibly hilarious jokes. You get Nick and Lindsey and their cute selves, check it out and leave them some love below!
